Senior Week Policies

All Guest 23 & under require a security deposit as follows:

Hotel Guest $400

Suites Guest $600

Guest 21 & Under require a Cash Security deposit in the amount of $400 for Hotel & $600 for Suites paid at check in . This is amount is not included in your total stay but is collected day of check in. Security deposit is refunded back at check out between the hours of 9am and 11am. Guests checking out before or after those times will have security deposit mailed back to them. Security deposit will be forfeited for very dirty rooms, damaged hotel property or evictions. Portions of security deposit will also be forfeited for damaged hotel linens at the cost the hotel determines.

  • Advance Deposit:   When making reservation and advance deposit of 2 Nights plus tax will be required to hold reservation. For the advance deposit we only accept Check or Money Order. We do not accept credit card for advance deposits for these reservations. However at check in Guest can pay remaining balance on credit card in Guest Name. We do not accept Credit Cards from Guest not staying at Hotel. The advance deposit amount is not a security deposit, it is a deposit used to hold room and deducted off total stay.
  • Cancellation/Change Policy:  Senior Week Reservations cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival forfeit deposit paid. Cancellations outside of 30 days will be charged $50. All refunds may take up to 45 days to be processed.
  • At check in a $50.00 non refundable cleaning fee will be collected.
  • Unregistered guests are not allowed on any part of hotel property. Any guest trying to sneak in unregistered guests will automatically be evicted and security deposit forfeited. Guests may only be in room they are registered to.
  • NO GUESTS UNDER 18 ARE PERMITTED IN HOTEL without parent/ legal guardian signed permission
  • Anyone misrepresenting themselves on a reservation, whether it be whom the room is registered to, the age of the occupants, etc, will not be allowed to check in, or will be evicted and will forfeit all monies paid.
  • Daily Housekeeping service is provided & required.; Do Not Disturb signs are not allowed during senior week
  • No Drugs & Alcohol on Hotel Property. No smoking in rooms or on balconies; No Disruptive behavior including, but not limited to damage of hotel property, loud noise, vulgar language, slamming doors, loitering in hallway, abusing amenities, yelling from patios, etc. No Grills or Hot plates on property. Must have photo I.D. at check in and to re-enter hotel.
  • All rates subject to change without notice. Rates do not include 6% state and 4.5% room taxes & $10.99 per night resort fee. We are a family Hotel. No subletting. Sorry, no pets. Reservations will be held until 6 PM. Please call if arriving late. No bicycle storage permitted in hotel or guest rooms. Parking is limited to one space per room rented. Checking Out later than posted time will forfeit security deposit. Loitering inside/outside of hotel prohibited. If hotel policy mentioned in this letter is violated, it will result in eviction from hotel and all money paid including security deposit forfeited. Hotel Management also reserves the right to evict any person for any reason listed.
