Hotel Check in Time: Between 3 p.m. & 10 p.m.
Hotel Checkout: By 11 a.m.

Suites Check in Time: Between 4 p.m. & 10 p.m.*
Suites Checkout: By 11 a.m.

Credit Card used for Advance Deposit must be presented at check in by person whose name appears on card. We do not accept credit card payments from persons not staying at hotel. If credit card is not present, another form of payment will be required to cover total stay.

Personal Checks are not accepted 21 days or less prior to arrival date. At check in, Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash, Cashiers Check, Money Order and Travelers Checks are only forms of payment accepted. Credit Cards are not accepted for certain reservations.


Cancellation/Change Policy:
Feb, March, November Arrivals: Cancellations/ Changes outside of 72 hours prior to arrival no charge, except for Jacuzzi Rooms a $25 service fee. Inside 72 hours, deposit is forfeited.

April- October Arrivals: Cancellations/ Changes outside of 10 days prior to arrival $25+tax service fee. Cancellations inside of 10 days forfeit deposit paid. 

Senior Week June Reservations: Cancellations/ Changes outside of 30 days prior to arrival $50+tax service fee; Cancellations inside of 30 days forfeit deposit paid. 

All changes and cancellations must be done during normal business hours of 8a.m. to 4p.m. No changes to reservations or cancellations will be processed after hours.

 

Advance Deposit:
First Night +tax required to hold all reservations. For 6+ night reservations, 2 Night Deposit +tax required. Credit Card used for reservation must be presented at check in by card holder's name who appears on it; We do not accept credit card payments from cardholders who will not be checking into hotel. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

Security Deposit:

A cash security deposit is required for guests 22 & under ($400 for Hotel & $600 for Suites) . A $100 cash deposit or a credit card on file required for all cash paying guest.
All hotel cash paying guest or guest paying cash at check in are subject to a $50 cash security refunded at check out provided no damages to hotel; For suites location $200 cash deposit required.


Parking:
We offer 1 complimentary parking spot in 2 different parking lots. One lot is located across street from hotel and other lot is one block south of hotel. You can purchase additional parking space in those lots across street for $20 per day+tax. We now offer Preferred parking which is located directly by hotel front lobby. The rate is $20 per day +tax; For preferred paid parking, most spots are in covered area but cannot be guaranteed covered parking. Oversized vehicles that do not fit into regular parking will be required to purchase Preferred parking which the parking spots are a bit larger.

Pool Hours for rest of Season:
Indoor Pool 10 a.m. to Midnight Daily
Outdoor Pool & Hot Tub: Through Labor Day 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) thru Sept. 24th  10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Suites Outdoor Pool:
10 a.m. - 8 p.m. through Sunfest Daily
 
*Outdoor Pool & Spa may be open in weekdays in September, but no guarantees! If open, hours will be 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
 
Room Types:
City View Guest Rooms offer a private balcony with city view. Side Ocean View Guest Rooms offer a side ocean view from your private balcony. Smoking is not permitted inside of hotel or hotel rooms. Only on balcony with doors closed.

Smoking:
Smoking in a non smoking room or leaving a smoke smell inside of room will result in a $300 cleaning fee.

Bikes and Pets:
Bikes are not allowed in hotel but may be parked at outside bike rack. Pets are not permitted onto any part of hotel property.

Discounts:
Black out dates apply and discounts may be discontinued at any time and may not be combined.

Ice:
We do not offer an Ice Machine, but all of our guest rooms come equipped with small refrigerators offering ice trays. Large bags of ice can be purchased at front desk for coolers.

Rates:
Rates do not include 6% State Tax, 4.5% Local Tax, $10.99 per night resort fee. Rates are based off double occupancy for most room types; Additional persons charges are as follows: 3rd St. Hotel location: Children 4 & under stay free; Children 5-12 $5.00 per child per day; Age 12 & over $10 per person, per day. For suites: Children 4 & under stay free; Children 5-12 $7.50 per child per day; Age 12 & over $15.00 per person per day.

Shopping Cart Extras:
Shopping cart extras purchased during reservation and during stay are non refundable including preferred parking, extra parking and all other shopping cart entries.

Other:
Grills, electric griddles and other cooking items not provided by hotel are not permitted on property.
